To start, set your best Doctor, Warden, Cook, and Grow to priority 1 for the appropriate skill-then disable it for the rest of your Colonists. Set doctoring, warden, growing, construction, and cooking to 1 on the colonist with the highest skill and disable them for everyone else. Firefight, Patient, Basic, and Bed rest should be set to priority 1 on everyone. Prioritize: Go into your “Work” tab, and turn on manual priorities.
